I don't understand what the problem might be.

@liuping
Please add all information requested in following:
a) Write a meaningful Summary describing exactly what the problem is
Does that problem only appear with documents imported from
   .doc created with Word 2010
b) Attach a sample document.doc (not only screenshot) or refer to an existing
sample document in an other Bug with a link; to attach a file to this
bug report, just click on "Add an attachment" right on this page.
The sample document needs to be the source document before export
from AOO not showing the problem when opened in MSO
If you want to attach a test kit with multiple documents zip them into
  a single testkit.zip and attach the testkit.zip
c) Contribute a document related step by step instruction containing every
key press and every mouse click how to reproduce your problem
Please be prcise, "Can't locate" is to vague. I think you wanted to tell
Expected Formatting not highlighted in selectors in MSO 2010" or similar?
d) Attach screenshots WITH COMMENTS if you believe that that might explain the
problem better than a text comment. Best way is to insert your screenshots
into a DRAW document and to add comments that explain what you want to show
e) if possible contribute an instruction how to create a sample document.
  from the scratch
f) add information
  f1) what EXACTLY is unexpected
f2) and WHY do you believe it's unexpected (cite Help or Documentation!)
f6) AOO settings that might be related to your problems
f9) Whether that worked in former OOO / AOO Versions
  f10) whether (and how) a competitor's software (LibreOffice, ...)
       fulfills your needs

AOO changes the date format from "dddd, d. MMMM yyyy" to "dddd', 'd'. 'MMMM\ yyyy" when saving as doc

What AOO does it puts all non formating strings > 1 characters in quotes (', ' and '. ') and uses backslash for single characters (\ ). I tried other date formates and the same happened (i.e. "-" changed to "\-").

http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/word-help/date-time-picture-field-switch-HP005186227.aspx
> character
>
> Includes the specified character in a date or time, such as a : (colon),
> - (hyphen), * (asterisk), or space.
> For example, { DATE \@ "HH:mm MMM-d, 'yy" } displays "11:15 Nov-6, '99".

*So, AOO shouldn't put colon, hyphen asterisk and space in quotes*

PS: This does not affect the shown result as shown in attachment 82204 [details] (capture2.png)
but Word doesn't find this format in the predefined format list
PPS: you don't need a docx as original document.
