Lao (lo) is not in the source code
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/extras/l10n/source/
(and it is not even supported by OpenOffice, but this will be covered in another issue).

We have volunteers ready to help, so a new empty project for Lao should be initialized in Pootle and PO files from OpenOffice 4.0.1 should be uploaded there.

Local Data File has been created. I am ready to start working in Pootle.

If you created a locale data file, please upload it to the other issue https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123946  as an attachment; if you have any questions about the process, please ask them there.

Pootle is undergoing maintenance, so we are slower than usual in preparing files and enabling accounts; please bear with us for a few days!
