The DSC comments 
%%DocumentSUppliedResources
and
%%DocumentNeededResources
and their 
%%+ ...
followers are inserted in the setup section after the embedded fonts,
but thei should appear within the header or the document trailer according
to Adobe's DSC 3.0 / 3.1 conventions.

To reproduce:
Start spadmin, check "disable CUPS support", set up a printer, select "device",
and set printer language to PostScript (level 2 or level 3).
