Description Rainer Bielefeld 2013-10-07 06:46:37 UTC
On "Wiki Home" rev. Jan 18, 2013 18:28 I read: " Anyone with a wiki account may add and edit the content."

Due to "Bug 123435 cwiki permission broken, EDIT link not available for most users although login successful and no limitations for particular page" C#1 Permission management has changed, only Apache Committers and some users with explicit permission can edit cwiki.

So that info on "Home" no longer is correct.

This was fixed a few months ago. The home page text now says:

"This space is provided so the whole OpenOffice community can plan development. Anyone with a wiki account may add and edit the content, but to activate your account you need to send an e-mail to dev@openoffice.apache.org (public mailing list) with subject "[CWiki] Account Whitelisting" and specify your username and real name in the body."
