This bug was tested OpenOffice v4.0 running in windows 7 and XP. It appears that OpenOffice loses formatting when importing MS xlsx files. I have attached an example.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open attachment 81201 [details] Demo-2012SummerOlympics.xlsx document in calc
2. Open attachment 81201 [details] Demo-2012SummerOlympics.xlsx document in Excel2010/Office 365
3. Compare the documents. 

From the attached screenshot, please note: Item #1 from the screenshot that the rows should alternate from white to blue. Item #2 in the screenshot that the border is missing from the row. Item #3 in the screenshot instead of showing the data, there is an err:509  

I believe these 3 are all using Excel's Format As Table feature.

Confirmed with Excel 2007 and Calc Rev. 1507307 Win 7.

also reproduced in OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version accordingly
