Last modified: 2013-08-09 14:01:03 UTC
Created attachment 81201 [details] MSO .xlsx file imports incorrectly This bug was tested OpenOffice v4.0 running in windows 7 and XP. It appears that OpenOffice loses formatting when importing MS xlsx files. I have attached an example. Steps to reproduce the bug: 1. Open attached Demo-2012SummerOlympics.xlsx document in calc 2. Open attached Demo-2012SummerOlympics.xlsx document in Excel2010/Office 365 3. Compare the documents. Note the circled chart. The X and Y axes are not displayed. If you click on the chart -> right click -> Insert/Delete Axes -> Check "X and Y", the Axes will show up. But the X axis label should have a -45 degree alignment.
Created attachment 81202 [details] Comparison of xlsx doc in Excel vs Calc 4 Note the missing axes labels.
Confirmed with Excel 2007 and Calc Rev. 1507307 Win 7.
also reproduced in OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version accordingly
