When viewing a spreadsheet, the page will suddenly jump to a different area of the document and sometimes start scrolling horizontally; this happens whether I'm using the arrow keys or using my mouse to try and scroll. With the mouse the problem is worse as it scrolls off in a different direction.

Do you encounter this phenomena in other applications?
Can you please attach a file that when viewed this phenomena occurs?

NOT Reproducible with  "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English  UI / German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1521488 - 2013-09-11]" on German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.

NOT Reproducible with server installation of  "AOO 3.4.0 – German UI / German locale [AOO340m1(Build:9590) - Rev.1327774]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile: I did several Work 1/2 h in 3 different Calc documents, did not see the reported problem. 

I think I never saw that.
