If you load the attachment you will get following Error: unrecognized VBA macro
version, report to cmc. Guessing at unicode little endian from File msvbasic.cxx
line 280.

The bug is fixed in the latest internal version. 
The fix will be integrated in the next developer build (OOo1.1Beta2)
