As part of uninstall, need to modify installer to create .bak files of any
configuration files that are overwritten by the installer [mods to using pkchk
mean no need to backup modified .xcu files, this is handled]. Doing so will
allow a user to manually restore their installation if they wish to remove the
SF. Update the uninstall documentation to reflect this change.

creation of bak files verifed implemented on SF ed-02. rc3 on Linux.
Neil, nnce documentation has been completed please close this bug as
verified fixed.
