non-primitive custom shape with polar handle in pptx

The origin is a ODF file with a custom shape of the default type "non-primitive", which has a polar handle. This file were saved to pptx-format by PowerPoint 2013. I have verified, that the pptx-file has still the polar handle, when reopened in PowerPoint. If you open the pptx-file in AOO, you can see a handle, but it is at the wrong position. The handle should be at the upper corner of the triangle. And when you try to drag the handle, it does not move. The handle should move along the inclusing "Thales circle" around the triangle.
