Right now the slider of the vertical scroll bar does not work if the document is over 1500 page long.

To reproduce: 
1, open open office
2, new empty text document
3, paste 1524 page of unformatted text (e.g. a SOAP message from a SOAPUI)
4, try to use the slider in the scroll bar (it will not work at all; try to drag the slider and to move it up or down -> nothing happens)

Reproducible?: yes

What works: clicking above or below the slider in the scroll bar

Created a 1524 page document by copying this bug description.
Slider of scroll bar performs OK.

I can confirm this is an issue with OSX and calc spreadsheets. I have created a video to show the issue

It seems that the location for the scroll bar is not accurate in long documents unless you are near the middle of the document. In the video, I scroll a large calc document (25k rows) and you can see that the slider is not aligned with my cursor. Also, attempting to click on the scroll bar to move it up and down is difficult at the start and end of the document.


This was tested with AOO410m18(Build:9764)  -  Rev. 1589052 on Mac OS 10.9.3 Mavericks.
