Build info: AOO340m1

Reproduced Steps:
1. Create a file in AOO or Excel.
2. Change cell's vertical alignment into Bottom.
3. Save as .xls.
4. Open the .xls file in AOO.
5. Check the vertical alignment setting by Right click -> Format Cells -> Alignment.

Issue:
The Vertical value is "Default".

Expected:
It should be "Bottom".
