screen shots of spreadsheet as opened by OO and Excel

When I open a downloaded .csv file in version OO 3.3 or OO 3.4, some data is merged in the 1st column and the rest scatterd into the wrong columns. A 3 column spreadsheet had data in 43 columns. If I manually correct the display and save the file, it no longer displays properly in Excel. I observe that similar reports say this is fixed or invalid (bug 113981). As you can see from the attached screen images, the problem still exists. I know the images say Libre Office. This is because I tried that after having the problem in Open Office 3.3 and 3.4. I have had to go back to version 3.2 to get files to open properly.

Can you please upload your sample file, from the screenshot, the CSV contain lots of semicolon.

I attempted to reproduce the defect you reported but was unsuccessful.

We really need the CSV file, but a screen shot to make any progress with this.
