Description stx123 2003-03-03 12:19:33 UTC
To avoid conflicts with existing usage of the login name "em" Elisabeth got
handed over this account.
In IZ there seems to be no way to change the real name.
Please change real name of IZ account EM to Elizabeth Matthis or remove it
entirely.
Thanks, Stefan

I'll need to research some policies before proceeding with this.
Timeframe: I will update this issue by 03/04
Comment 3 Unknown 2003-03-04 22:19:13 UTC
Stefan:
Due to the policy we've set in place at Sun's request, it'd be better
if you (or another admin) went ahead and deleted the old account and
set up a new account for Elizabeth. We cannot change the real name in
the IZ. Thanks

Hi Kenneth,
I know about the policy, but I see no mean to delete an IZ account.
Even disabling allows reassigning issues to the disabled account.
Is there no chance to change the real name used to tag comments
from "Esge Moos" to "em" or "em@openoffice.org"?
Comment 5 Unknown 2003-03-06 21:52:52 UTC
Stefan- I'm sorry, I meant disable. You'll have to disable the old
account and give Elizabeth a new one.
Comment 6 stx123 2003-03-06 22:05:11 UTC
I explained why I feel that disabling is no proper solution.
People are still able to assign issues to a disabled IZ account.
Is there no way to replace "Esge Moos" with "em"?
Comment 7 Unknown 2003-03-07 00:33:46 UTC
no, there's not. I'm sorry

kenneth, fwiw, kat and I had similar issues when someone else
registered w/ Ooo and received an account that seems to have been
disabled...along with some legacy issues. We raised the issue with
ops, and i believe they fixed it, but I cannot recall the details.
