Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 119734
Trojan in Download
Last modified: 2012-06-23 10:29:03 UTC
I have recently downloaded OO 3.4 several times (from www.openoffice.org/download/). Each time, when it is installed, I get a security notice from a program I use called "StopZilla", which tells me there is a trojan in the install package (see the attachment/screenshot). If I run the program then, it works. If I delete the trojan using the StopZilla program, and then try to run OO I then get an error message - "This application has failed to start because sb.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem. When I reinstall, the trojan reapears. Please contact me directly at richard@LPAgroup.biz concerning this issue.

In my machine, My Security Software is Symantec, and this issue can not repro at my side. Then I have download the StopZilla Trial version, and install the OO and run OO, everything work fine for me. Need someone use the full verison of StopZilla to check it, and Maybe this is not an issue at OO side.
