Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 119388
I'm having trouble with page numbering in a file....
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:15:13 UTC
In a file document there is a little box on the right side of the screen that has two numbers which are separated by a / (forward slash)--first number is the page you're on, the second number is the number of total pages in the document. This feature works fine until I get to page 19. Then the little box on the right stretches toward the center of the page and blocks text and becomes visually annoying. I can't find a way to prevent it--it pops out into the document text for all remaining pages to the end of the document. If you go back to any of the first 18 pages all works well.
Hi gunstox, this is not a bug description but a support request. Do you have already ask in a forum or mailing list? There is no known problem with page numbering. So I guess, that your document has something special. Please attach the file, so that we can examine it. If it is confidential, you should exchange all characters with x.
Hi, Gunstox,I think it is not a bug,and maybe a capability issue, can you provide your document? Thanks~
I create a document, total 20 pages.when open it in OO3.4,and view the document by move the mouse middle key,the page number box will show in the right side, and don't pop up on the middle of screen.
User never attached example document so we cannot reproduce.
