in downloading the software I have an error message in two areas.  First is an error with package Microsoft visual C++2008 Redistributable-x86 9.0.307.. and the second is with Java(TM) 6 update 22.  Both result in an error code 2503 and then again with error code 2502.  Please, email me, girlwskls@sbcglobal.net to let me know how to resolve or get in touch with your tech support.

There is no general problem with OOo3.3. So if OOo3.3 is really the version you have downloaded, then there might be something wrong with your PC and you should try to get help on ooo-users@incubator.apache.org or a forum http://user.services.openoffice.org/

Please specify exactly which version do you have downloaded, which operating system do you use and whether you had installed another version of OpenOffice, LibreOffice or StarOffice before.
