Steps:
1. New presentation file
2. In text box, e.g. outline text
3. Input several paragraph, make sure there is bullet assigned
4. Select one paragraph, cut it

Defect: The paragraph is not removed.

Note: If click outside of the text box, the cut paragraph is gone.
