When trying to view the templates site (http://templates.services.openoffice.org/) I receive the following errors:

CHROME 9.0.597.107 - 
The webpage at http://templates.services.openoffice.org/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.


Firefox 3.6.14 - 
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Issue confirmed (i.e., you will need a few page reloads to access site content), but the Templates and Extensions websites do not belong to the OpenOffice.org main infrastructure.

They are hosted at OSUOSL and you can find more information about this at http://openoffice.org/projects/extensions/lists/websites/archive/2011-05/message/6

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
