The attached spreadsheet in Excel 2003 XML format opens without problems in Excel 2003.

In OpenOffice 3.3.0 there is an obvious cell formula interpretation problem.

Attached is a screen shot comparing the two products' interpretation of the formula in cell C10.

I've marked this as "text/plain" because under the list there is no reference to Excel 2003 XML.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
