Description cactuscomputing 2011-05-12 17:06:05 UTC
I'm trying to update a bug, but even if I commit it with no changes I get the following:
You tried to change the Ever confirmed field from 1 to 0 , but only the assignee of the bug, or a user with the required permissions may change that field.

The bug # in question is 96910, and I am the submitter of the the bug.

Note Using Firefox 3.6.16, on Fedora 14.
Comment 2 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2012-06-13 12:32:16 UTC
getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
Comment 3 Rob Weir 2012-07-03 23:57:05 UTC
I'm not sure this is a bug. We reset permissions when the project moved to Apache. QA team is managing confirmation of bugs, etc. Everyone can add comments, of course.
Comment 4 Rob Weir 2013-01-15 23:00:02 UTC
Unable to reproduce. It might have been dependent on legacy permission settings.
