For some time I have been unable to update my Open Office suite.
Most recently, while attempting to update to from OO 3.2 to OO 3.3 I get the following message:
Downlaod stalled - unable to access server (or words to that effect)

This occurred even when I disabled my commodo internet security (virus scanner & firewall).

However, a file appeared on my desktop which, when I ran it, complained that 'OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-US.exe is not a valid win 32 application' or words to that effect.

I have resolved (I hope) this issue by downloading v 3.3 and re-installing so I post this for your information

I cannot see a problem when downloading the file, maybe it was a problem with internet connection, proxy server, etc.

Please do not create an issue when there isn't one. ;-) Instead post a message on the mailing lists.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
