.doc file that prints wrong from an email

I saved my resume in .odt and .doc files. I send the .doc file as an attachment to prospective employers. I choose Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP as the saving format. When I see the file that I had sent printed out by the prospective employer, it looks like the first attachment called "First".
I was going to send a second attachment showing what it looks like in Open Office, but that option is not allowed. So, I will DESCRIBE what it is supposed to look like. The lines starting with "efficient", "drilling", "electrical", "Graduated" and "mechanical" are lined up in the same horizontal position as all of the other lines. Like below the "J" in Joseph.
The attachment shows how it gets printed out on at least 2 separate occasions.

Please attach the original .odt and .doc here.
Assuming a user error where paragraph layouts have been achieved using tabulators which looks different depending of the system (available fonts) and printer defaults.
But let's see...

As guessed... Misuse of tabulators like using a typewriter machine.
Please ask for help on how to correctly use paragraph indents on our support forum:

Pleas DON'T answer mails directly but enter your comments and attach your documents on this page.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
