the correct name meanwhile is toolkit/helper/vclunohelper.hxx and it gets copied twice to solver to satisfy includes with the old name.

cd: Verified. Changes look good to me (exchanging unohlp.hxx with vclunohelper.hxx which is a simple duplicate).

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
