When opening or printing a text or spreadsheet document that previously worked on V3.2 I get the following error message.
cannot load library "lxailPRP.DLL". using defaults . error: 126

I have a similar problem. Mine reads "can not load library (DLBAPRP.DLL) using defaults error 126.

Mee too. i GET THE .dll USING DEFAULTS. ERROR: 126 again, and again, and again...

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
