Description bernd.eilers 2011-03-03 12:34:10 UTC
In the default footers generated by the migration there is the text email: directly followed by an email address without a space after the email.

This causes most email clients to generate a wrong mailto: link.

This must be fixed in all mailinglists where the administrator didn´t change the footer yet and also the default which is generated if the mailinglist admin uses the default button for setting the footer text must be changed in the OpenOffice.org kenai theme.
Comment 1 bernd.eilers 2011-03-03 15:25:33 UTC
update: footers on all existing mailinglists have been changed.

The default will be changed with the next OpenOffice.org theme deployment.

I still think we should follow the convention to start the footer with a standard sig separator dash, dash, space.

At this point of time there should not be much customization in place so that it could be done automatically.

Reset QA Contact to new default
Comment 4 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2012-06-13 12:24:25 UTC
getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
Comment 5 Marcus 2013-08-05 14:30:03 UTC
The issue is obsolete. At Apache the mailing list structure is completely different.
