In Issuetracker I had general "can confirm" rights and I think I did a good job there all the years. Now in Bugzilla I cannot do anything besides writing comments. So please restore my "can confirm" rights or do I miss some settings?

The settings seem to be OK now. Closing duplicates and setting keywords are possible again, for example. If I notice a problem, I will discuss it on the mailing list.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
