Description gouverneur 2011-01-14 09:37:35 UTC
Hello,

I use regularly the mailing function, i insert fieds of fusion in F4, (without
use the menu tools/mailing assistant...)

I see, when i launch a mailing in files/print... a windows appear with the
following question is very strange for me.

"the document contain the fields of fusion in the database adress, would you
print a letter portrays ?"

logically,
When i click "yes" ,the letter portrays print process,
When i click "no" ,the mailing windows appear

a problem is when i click "no", oo print the letter portrays, i must click "yes"
for appear the windows to work.

The issue is :

- change "yes" in "no" and "no" in "yes"
- or change the question.

I Waiting an answer for my question.

Thanks.

There is no such a message "as is" in OOo.
The message you get is: "Your document contains address database fields. Do you
want to print a form letter?"

Either you didn't understand the message and/or you have a non English version
and the message has been wrongly translated.

Please explain.

BTW: use a current (dev 3.3) version to report issues here. 3.0 is too old.
