Do you really need access to CVS? The development of OOo is done via HG
(Mercurial), in the past it was CVS. Maybe this is not yet updated on all
webpages and Wiki sites. ;-)

Hi Rustuuludas,

I'm delighted to hear you want to work on your own project and would be keenly interested in seeing 
your work. However, the way we operate here is in accordance with the normal Foss method, modified 
by the nature of the project itself. We ask you join existing projects, or consider doing so, and if 
wanted, use our Child Workspace system, or (and) the Incubator or Native Language Project systems. 
Basically, for commit access, which is partly granted by an SSH2 key (the other part having to do with 
the necessary permissions), you need to earn the trust of the community.

Therefore, please first apply yourself to the relevant project you find interesting.....

i'm marking this issue "Invalid" but that description is simply a handy one, not a judgement.
