framework::FontMenuController is not working in Calc, Draw, Impress. 
The menu item with the command ".uno:CharFontName" is always disabled.

To see it:
* install the extension attached to this issue
* it will add a submenu to the menubar, with a menu item

In Writer it displays a list of available fonts
In Calc/Draw/Impress it is disabled
