When composing the structure of bibliography index entries ('edit index/table',
'entries' tab) , it would be convenient to be able to use the entry structure
elements ('address', 'short name' etc.) more than only once. Right now, I would
use this for setting the html anchors for the biblio. index entries in exported
text.

Currently, each element may be used only once per one type of entry ('article',
'book' etc.).
