Description gambist 2010-12-11 15:13:08 UTC
After upgrading to v.3.2, I am no longer able to figure out how to get to Word
or Calc (the apps I use most often) via a shortcut icon for each that I put on
my Desktop. Doing so has previously let me escape the more tedious route of
choosing one or the other after opening the OpenOffice.org 3.2 Desktop shortcut
that is automatically put on the desktop during setup.

It would be nice to be able to drag whatever I want from the menu of choices to
the Desktop. Short of telling me how to do that already, would you please tell
me how to get back the capabilities I once had (described above)?

Thanks! :-)

Oh, also, how do I change my USERNAME, please?

Thanks again. -Steve-
