Please add the two languages:

Kabyle isocode "kab" 
Songhay isocode "son"

to i18npool.

@ihi: thanks for the offer, but as I do all i18n work in my spare time I usually
create a separate CWS where I gather all new locales related stuff.

'son' would be a collective language code, not a language. According to
http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/codes.asp?order=reference_name&letter=s there are at
least

Songhai, Koyraboro Senni [ses]
Songhay, Humburi Senni [hmb]
Songhay, Koyra Chiini [khq]

I added Kabyle [kab-DZ] to the language list and assigned MS-LangID
LANGUAGE_USER_KABYLE 0x0659 mapping to kab-DZ.

Adding a language to the language list box makes it available for
character attribution and spell-checking. Availability of spell checker,
hyphenation and thesaurus of course depends on the installed
dictionaries. To be able to fully support it as a locale, including
number formats and calendar data, and having it selectable as default
document language we would need a locale data file.
