Description bobholmstrom 2003-02-15 21:10:02 UTC
When I attempt to run the spell checker or have auto-spell checking turned on and right-click on a marked error in a document, a popup says that an unrecoverable error has occurred. I click ok, OO.o restarts, I click to restore the same document, it comes up, I either run spell checker or turn auto-spell checking on and right-click on a marked error, and the oopup comes up again. Uniformly, every time.

could you be a little more specific? what OS are you using? which
dictionary? I have marked this as a linguicomponent bug anyway, as
it's to do with spellchecking.

I was using Windows 98SE and the default dictionary.

I am now running OOo 1.0.3 under Win98SE using the default dictionary, and there is no such problem. Maybe the installer overwrote my old dictionary?

Can you reproduce it with 1.1RC?
Comment 4 bobholmstrom 2003-07-29 01:48:28 UTC
This "bug" was in an earlier version of O.O.o; it does not appear in version 1.0.3. Therefore, I recommend this bug report be deleted. If for some reason it isn't, platform should be PC and OS should be Win98SE.
