Description issues@www 2001-06-30 01:51:54 UTC
If you start soffice before setting up xauth or xhost, it simply cores out
without giving a meaningfull error message, such as xterm's
"xterm Xt error: Can't open display: " or xload's "Error: Can't open display: "

This can result in obvious confusion, and will, I imagine, be trivial to repair.

I don't know which version is running on your box, I presume your have a 632.
This version isn't fitted with these error messages you request. Our current
inhouse version gives more information in this case.
Comment 3 Olaf Felka 2001-08-24 11:02:34 UTC
Is fixed in 638.
