Created internal issue to get key on system.  Will update by 02/11/03.

The key is on the server.

I was able to log in and download the www repository, but while 
trying to commit (using Tortoise CVS) I received the error below.

Any advice or obvious recognition of solution?

Looks like whoever set you up in the www project did not give you
enough permissions to commit the file you mention.  You have the
'content developer' role.  

Please ask the admin (looks like Louis) who gave you access to the www
project provide the elevated permissions you require.

Yes, I'm all set now.  I had created another username (EricRenaud) to 
demonstrate just how easy was to create a username using one's on REAL 
NAME and circumvent the whole bloody export control conflict . . .
