Yes, this time it's reproducible here. It's very odd...
Comment 7 jo7ueb 2010-08-10 08:01:39 UTC
This issue reproduced on my computer.
After saved the document, all numbers I've inputed became 0.
I think it's very important issue for Japanese users.

/* Environment */
Windows XP Pro SP3
OOo3.2.1 Japanese binary
Google Japanese IME 0.11.382.0

This issue reproduced on my OOo 3.0.0 build 9358 on MacOS X 10.5.8
Japanese Input Method: EGBridge Universal2
in Zenkaku (full-width chars) mode.
No problem when entering hankaku (half-width, ascii) numbers
via Japanese Input Method.

I feel this is a minor problem because I've never expected that
numbers in Zenkaku (full-width) characters should be recognized
as "numbers".

1. Open New document.
2. Insert new Table.
3. Select all cells.
4. Right click > Number format.
5. Select Category to “Number”
6. Select Format to "-1,234"
7. OK.
8. Japanese IME to turn ON
9. Type some number ---- in hankaku "123456".
10. Hit "Enter" key to confirm entry.
11. Save and Close document.
12. Reopen document.
13. Enterd number lost.

I think This is important problem.
There are a lot of typing the HANKAKU number in the ZENKAKU mode.
And, next day or month, that notices an important number lost.
