1. Create sheet in MS Excel (2007) with colored font and background. 
2. Export in Excel 97-2003 format (document "colored.original.xls", preview
"colored.original.png")
3. Open the file in OpenOffice -> most of color was changed (some color is same)
4. Export in Excel 97-2003 format
5. Open the file  in Excel (2007) color is the same as in OpenOffice (document
"colored.openoffice.xls", preview "colored.openoffice.png")

Excel -> OpenOffice = tested colors changed (more than 22/70 of colors)
OpenOffice -> Excel = tested colors are the same

Only Excel 2007 standard palette was tested. Importing excel custom colors
should be tested as well.
