Description jcdejong 2010-03-28 08:57:02 UTC
Whenever a clipboard monitoring tool like Koolclip (http://www.kudang.com/koolclip/welcome.html) or
PTHPasteboard Pro (http://pth.com/products/pthpasteboard/) is running. OpenOffice Calc always crashes
or freezes when a row is copied.

At this moment, OpenOffice is the only program with this problem on my system..
The alternative Microsoft Excel works fine :(

Paul Haddad (owner of PTHPasteboard) replies to this bug:
This sounds like a bug in OpenOffice and not something anyone but them is likely to be able to
fix.

Calc is not "formula Editor" - it is "Spreadsheet" component.

I think you mean column instead of row. When a whole column is selected,
insanely large bitmaps are attempted to be written to the clipboard. Since the
row limit was increased recently, this results in an instant crash (where before
it could crash or get terminally slow due to the large memory consumpton).

This would seem to be duplicate to issue 99371
