add locations/maps on the My Locations panel

Hi In MSOffice 2003 when you want to open a document in Word for instance (or insert a document) on the left of the screen (that pops up) there is the My Locations-panel with the standard locations (recently opened/desktop/my documents etc). These locations can be changed or locations can be added with the "extra"-button in the right upper corner. Also the icons can be be made smaller. In OpenOffice there is no "extra"-button on the My Locations-panel. Can this be added as an new feature ?
