Description jeffmckelroy 2010-01-14 04:21:26 UTC
Continuous error code: "No default printer found". Open settings, select
printer, no change. Worked perfectly previously. Click okay, properties box
appears, shows printer ready with current IP address (shared printer). Works
perfectly with Web browser and Quickbooks. Microsoft test page prints as well.
Do I need to simply uninstall/reinstall?

NOT reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" and USB OJ6110.

I doubt that you only see that problem with WRITER?
Do other printers work (at least, for example, PDFCreator, Free PDF, ...)?
Please contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and
every mouse click how to reproduce the problem!

Also cannot confirm this problem. I also use a shared network printer on Win7
with OOo 3.1.1, but I have no trouble printing on it from both Win7 and the
WinXP machine.
You said that it previously worked with OOo Writer... so I guess, that something
changed on your system?
Comment 3 michael.ruess 2010-01-20 11:59:14 UTC
Not reproducible, especially without further information.
