Does not export old version documents
which in versioning feature to Word File

 How to reproduce issue:
  1. Start Writer
  2. Save the document to OpenDocument File Format
  3. Select File->Version and Open Version Dialog
  4. Click "Save New Version" and type some comment in Comment dialog
  5. Close the Viersion dialog
  6. Save the document to Microsoft Word(97/2000) File.
  7. Open the file with Microsoft Word (less than 2007).
