In the attached presentation the title slide has got an own master. On this
title master the page number is disabled in the dialog Insert > page number.
This works well while presenting. But when you print a handout, then the place
holder <number> is printed on the title slide.

I noticed this in CWS printerpullpages from 2009-10-26. But the error is in
OOo3.2 Beta too.

I suppose my problem is the same:
 - Master document with page number set and a nice border.
 - Some individual slides have page numbers disabled.
 - Editing and presenting displays as expected.
 - Printing, at least in handout mode, shows all (both enabled and disabled)
page number boxes.

I'm using the final OO3.2
