Your automatic formating will not let a person format thier own page and I 
can't find a way to turn it off entirely. Most people I have talked to do not 
like this and it is why I stoped using word. Now you are doing the same thing. 
If this is an atempt to sell an instruction manual it will not work I will 
simply download a counterfit older version of word. You had a much better 
product before you tried forcing everyone to use YOUR formating istead of thier 
own.

This issue cannot be handled, because nobody understands your problem. Please
give a step by step description what do you do, describe the result do you see,
and the result do you expect. Do not put several problems into one issue, but
only one problem in each issue.
Set the version field and the OS field correctly.
