I tried to insert a table with 75 rows and 75 columns but i was not able to 
insert that. The steps which i followed are

1. Create a blank presentation
2. Insert a table with dimension 75x75

After clicking Ok i waited for aroud 15 to 20 min but OO got hanged and i 
needed to close the application. It didnt responded. I tried to do it in MS 
Powerpoint and i was able to insert a 75x75 table in around 5 seconds.

Config:
Windows Vista
4GB RAM
Intel Core2Duo 2.00Ghz
OOo-dev 3.2.0
DEV310m60 (Build:9425)

I checked with "Ooo 3.1.0 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI activated
[OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]" and can confirm the reported problem. 
Big tables cause heavy CPU load, with tables bigger than 40x40 it becomes more
or less impossible to work with IMPRESS.
OOo does not crash.
75x75 is the maximum size allowed by UI.
