Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 105573
unable to re-add deleted rows by if the cusor is focused on a cell.
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:11:31 UTC
Configuration: Windows XP Professional SP3, 2GB RAM OO 3.2.0 DEV300m60 (Build: 9425) 1. Create an empty presentation in OO. 2. Insert a table (insert-> table) in the presentation. 3. Select default value for number of rows and columns and click OK. 4. Select a single/multiple row and delete rows from table by clicking delete Row from table dialogue box. 5. Then focus the mouse pointer on one of the cells in the table. 6. Not able to re-add the deleted rows as Edit->Undo option is greyed out. Ctrl+Z option also didnot re-add the deleted rows. Undo operation works only if a selection is made on the table. I am able to perform above operation with MS PowerPoint and OO Writer. I would recommend to look into the issue as many users try undo(ctrl+z) operation by focusing the cursor on a cell.
I checked with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI activated [OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" and can confirm the reported effect. Same with "Ooo Dev 3.2.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [DEV300m60 (Build 9425)]". I deleted first row as per report. After that, the 'Undo' icon disappears immediately when I click into a cell (step 5 of report), 'undo' is impossible. Undo function reappears when I select 2 cells in table
Reproducible. Reassigned.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
