What is that "insertcontrolsbar"????
Did you created it yourself? Does it come from an extensions? Are you using OOo
from our site?

Yes, I am using the official build of OOo . "Insertcontrolsbar" is the
"Toolbox". This name appears instead of "Toolbox" ("Элементы управления" in
Russian) because my profile is old and something is broken. A fresh profile does
not have this name ("Insertcontrolsbar"). But this issue is not about this. Find
the big red dot at the screenshot above. There is a description field that is
grey but the right side of this field is white. I checked this is not connected
with profile. This issue is on Linux, not on Windows.

confirmed on Ubuntu 9.10 with OOo 3.2.0

Reproduced with 3.3 on Gnome.
As tested with PL, not reproducible using export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
