How to reproduce :
- make sure "Load URL" listbox appears on the Standard toolbar

1 - open an odb file.
2 - if "Load URL" listbox appears in the Standard toolbar you can see the document 
address in the listbox field, but not in the listbox files list (URLHistory).
3 - close the odb document
4 - on any document with "Load URL" listbox, display the list of files : the odb 
file does not appear.
However it is correctly remembered by the Recent Files list (PickList).

Compare with loading a Writer or Calc document.
