why can't i configure a key combination of crtl+[ or ctrl+] to enlarge and 
reduce the size of fonts, as i am used to on MSword?

@moyo: please consider the "why?" formulation as useless here. Either it's a bug
and it will be fixed and the answer to "why is there a bug?" is not interesting
or this is an enhancement and "Why didn't you think about it?" is simple: "it
happens!". In any case, it does not bring you much to know "why" :)

Better is a direct wish expression like: "Make crtl+[ or ctrl+] customizable" or
better, in this case "Make AltGr characters customizable in shortcuts".
