Upon clicking "Register" at the http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/ooQA-
ReportBugs.html website, I entered all data into the registration form.

I then clicked on the link to review the 'Terms and Conditions.'

Upon completing the review, I closed that window, to return to 
the "Registration" page.

All the entries I had previously filled in, remained intact, as expected.

I then clicked the box to accept the "terms and conditions," but the "Register" 
button remained greyed out.

I waited a few minutes, in case the window had not yet updated, but 
the "Register" button remained greyed out.

I then clicked on the box for "Student" (even though I'm no longer a student).

The "Register" button became active immediately, and remained so, even after I 
unchecked the "Student" button.

The registration process then proceeded to completion without further issue.

I apologize for any insignificant errors in this sequence, but since I was then 
registered, the issue was not repeatable for me.
